This basement AADU was complete while working at Alexandra Immel Residential Design. We created a cozy 2 bedroom living unit in the basement of an existing home. The owners purchased this property to be near (next door, actually) to their grandchildren as well as be an Airbnb when they aren’t there. The design featured a living dining and kitchen off the porch along Thornton Creek, as well as 2 bedrooms with en suite baths.
